On August 27, CR Power announced its 2024 interim results. From January to June 2024, the company's turnover was HKD 51.120 billion, with a slight decrease of 0.7% from the same period in 2023; the net profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 9.363 billion, an increase of HKD 2.623 billion or 38.9% year-on-year as compared with the same period in 2023. The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of HKD 0.455 per share for 2024.

Han Song, Deputy General Manager of China Resources Group, visited CR Power Shenshan Company for investigation on August 22. He visited the centralized control room, turbine platform, boiler room, CCUS carbon capture test platform, microalgae cultivation center, sludge energy utilization ecological demonstration park, exhibition hall and party-mass service center of Shenzhen Company, and had communication with front-line employees.

Han Song, Deputy General Manager of China Resources Group, visited CR Power Xianning Company for investigation on August 13. He visited Phase III construction site and Phase II centralized control room of Puqi Power Plant to learn in detail about Xianning Company's performance on party building, development, construction, operation and employee care, and had conversation with employees.

Hong Kong Kowloon Bus Charging Station Project undertaken by CR Power passed the software adaptation and trial operation of Kowloon Motor Bus (KMB) on August 5, marking the successful completion of the project.
