Han Song, Deputy General Manager of China Resources Group, visited CR Power Xianning Company for investigation on August 13. He visited Phase III construction site and Phase II centralized control room of Puqi Power Plant to learn in detail about Xianning Company's performance on party building, development, construction, operation and employee care, and had conversation with employees.

Han acknowledged the phased achievements made by CR Power Xianning Company and put forward six work requirements: 1) adhering to operation under the guidance of party building, which means that party building and company operation shall be oriented in the same direction, arranged in the same pace, and implemented by joining the forces, so as to lead high-quality development with high-quality Party building; 2) giving priority to development, including improving the overall planning ability, fully promoting the construction of existing projects, and blueprinting new projects arming at expanding the company business layout; 3) holding the bottom line of safety, including clarifying work safety responsibilities at all levels, implementing safety measures, and making every effort to ensure continual and stable improvement of EHS performance of China Resources Group; 4) providing extensive internal supervision and risk control, including strictly abiding by national laws and regulations and industry norms, establishing and improving the compliance management system, so as to ensure that the enterprise operation are in compliance with laws and regulations; 5) enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprise through technological innovation, including continuously consolidating the foundation for innovation, pooling innovative resources, optimizing the environment for innovation, and developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions; and 6) establishing a more efficient and smooth communication mechanism, to strengthen team cooperation, join the forces for works, and actively maintain close contact and cooperation with external partners and relevant units for a good external environment.

Li Li, Executive Vice Mayor of Xianning City, and Ge Jun, Mayor of Chibi City, together with relevant personnel of CR Power, participated in the investigation.
