On July 6, the opening ceremony of the 30th China Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair was held in Lanzhou. Shi Baofeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, was invited to attend relevant activities.

At the Central-Local Integrated Development Symposium, Chairman Shi Baofeng, on behalf of CR Power, signed the Capital Contribution Agreement for Tengger Desert Base of Power Investment Runneng (Wuwei) New Energy Co., Ltd. and the Cooperation Agreement for Phase I 700,000 kW Project of the Third Batch of Large Bases of Gansu Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. with Gepic Energy Development Co.,ltd. and Gansu Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. respectively. At the special investment promotion meeting of Minxian, the vice president of Hou Yongjie  on behalf of CR Power to attend and speak as a representative of entrepreneurs.

During the meeting, Chairman Shi Baofeng also had a symposium with Xie Xiaofeng, Chairman of Gansu Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., and Pu Peiwen, Chairman of Gansu Province Electric Power Investment Group Co., Ltd, and visited Shi Lin, Member of the Standing Committee of Jiuquan Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of Dunhuang Municipal Party Committee. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and reached extensive consensus on CR Power's new energy investment and development and "large base" project cooperation in Dunhuang region.

Secretary Shi welcomed the visit of Chairman Shi and his delegation, and said that Dunhuang Cultural Expo is an international cultural expo with the theme of "Belt and Road" cultural exchanges. He hoped to maintain a good cooperative relationship with CR Power, give full play to CR's diversified advantages, promote deeper cooperation in new energy, and make positive contributions to local economic development. Chairman Shi expressed his gratitude to Dunhuang City for its long-term support and help to CR Power, and said that CR Power would go all out to cooperate with infrastructure construction. He hoped that relying on the mode of "urban construction + new energy", it would continuously innovate development ideas, give full play to the management advantages of efficient construction and excellent operation, and work together to create a new benchmark for central-local cooperation.
