On April 27, China Resources Power Guangxi Company signed the Agreement on the Development of Photovoltaic Power Generation with the Fuchuan County People's Government.

The capacity planned for the project stands at 1.08 million kilowatts, with an estimated investment of RMB 4.1 billion, and the annual output is estimated to be RMB 430 million upon its completion and operation.
