On December 15, Heyang 130MW Wind Power Project and 100MW Smart Wind Power Project of CR Power in Weinan, Shaanxi were officially started.

After the grid connection, this project enables annual energy production of 546.2 million kWh, and can save 166,100 tons of standard coal and reduce 288,600 tons of CO2 emissions on an annual basis.
