On April 26, Guangdong New Energy Company signed a Framework Agreement for Strategic Cooperation with the Pearl River Fisheries Research Institute (PRFRI), Chinese Academy of Fishery Science (CAFS) (hereinafter referred to as the "PRFRI"). The two sides had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the characteristics of "constructing photovoltaic power stations on fishery land", suitable fish species screening, photovoltaic module installation methods, etc.

To contribute to the industrial investment in the rural revitalization and the realization of the dual carbon goal, the two sides will create differentiated breeding methods and replicable benchmark projects of "constructing photovoltaic power stations on fishery land" by actively rolling out technological research and model innovation, realizing the win-win situation among fish farmers, PRFRI and the company.
