The China Resources Power East China Region and the East China Sea Bureau of Ministry of Natural Resources entered into a strategic cooperation agreement on November 24.

In the East China Region, the coastal provinces and cities have vast offshore wind resources and unique geographical characteristics that make them ideal locations for the development of offshore wind power. At the moment, China Resources Power in the East China Region is attempting to establish a green energy development pattern that includes a multi-structure of "wind, light, and hydrogen," represented by offshore wind power. It is stipulated that under this agreement, the two parties will take advantage of their respective advantages to cooperatively develop new energy projects under the green ocean development mechanism as well as to conduct joint marine green energy research, particularly soft scientific research and achievements in deep-sea offshore wind power.
