The second meeting of shareholders & first session of the first board of directors and supervisors of Hebei Power Exchange Center was convened in State Grid Hebei Electric Power Co., Ltd. on May 28. Before the meeting, CR Power signed the Capital Increase Agreement with Hebei Power Exchange Center, increasing shareholding ratio to 4.65% and the contribution to RMB 7.9391 million.

This is an important milestone in the reform process of power market in Hebei Province, and manifests the sufficient affirmation to CR Power. CR Power will jointly promote and make contributions to the reform and construction of Hebei's power market with other shareholders by giving full play to its wisdom and strengths as a shareholder.
