On May 7, the equity closing ceremony for CR Power's Qinghai Jipin 100MW photovoltaic project was held in Xining, marking a success equity closing between CR Power and Guoxin Rongzhi, and CR Power thus officially owned 60% of equity of the project.

Located in Gonghe County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province and with a total investment of RMB 740 million, Qinghai Jipin 100MW photovoltaic project is a key poverty alleviation project of Qinghai Province jointly funded by Guoxin Rongzhi and Qinghai Provincial Poverty Alleviation Office. The project has supported 3333 poverty-stricken households in Qinghai Province for 20 consecutive years, and will continue contributing to local poverty alleviation with an annual dividend of RMB 3,000 per household.
