On April 16, CR Power signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Hegang Municipal People's Government, Heilongjiang Province.

According to the agreement, during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, CR Power and Hegang City will make joint efforts to develop and construct 1,000-megawatt wind power and 500-megawatt fishery-solar complementary power generation projects, carry out in-depth cooperation in various fields, promote the construction of key projects, support the transformation and upgrading of the coal city, and boost the coordinated development of clean energy and graphite deep processing. CR Power will learn from the successful model of China Resources Circular Economy Industrial Park, plan to build "China Resources Clean Energy Carbon Neutrality Industrial Demonstration Zone in Hegang", build wind and photovoltaic power generation projects, and carry out incremental distribution network, electricity sale, distributed energy, energy storage and other businesses, so as to build an industrial model featuring integration of grid, power, load and storage and multi-energy complementarity.
