The Cornerstone Laying Ceremony of the Diantou 2×660 MW Power Plant Project of Huangling Mining Company, Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. took place in Huangling County, Shaanxi Province on the morning of March 19.

The Diantou 2×660 MW Power Plant Project of Huangling Mining Company is an important project for Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. to implement the national strategy for "diversion of electricity from the western to the eastern regions" and undertake the northward shift of thermal power in Shaanxi Province. The project implements an innovative "three-party cooperation" model to give full play to the resource advantages of Huangling Mining Company, the management advantages of Yueda Group, and the technical advantages of CR Power in the joint construction of a leading smart power plant in China.

According to the contract, CR Power will provide a mature construction scheme with China Resources' characteristics and all-round construction technology consulting services for the Diantou 2×660 MW Power Plant of Huangling Mining Company and strive to build the power plant into a first-class smart power plant in China through sincere cooperation with the other two parties.

CR Power will next increase its investment in Shaanxi during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and it expects to further strengthen cooperation with Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. in terms of smart power plant construction, UHV-transmitting integrated energy base development, hydrogen energy application technology research, etc. to achieve win-win results.
