The Planning Formulation and Construction Launching Ceremony of the Chibi Rural Revitalization Demonstration Zone Project along the Yangtze River Economic Belt (the "Rural Revitalization Demonstration Zone Project") of China Resources took place in Chibi City on March 18.

The Rural Revitalization Demonstration Zone Project of China Resources is located on both sides of the south-bank approach bridge of the Chibi Yangtze River Bridge, covering the scenic spot of Chibi Ancient Battlefield. The proposed investment scale of the project is up to CNY 50 billion, with a preliminary planning area of 62 square kilometers. The project construction content includes eco-environment governance and remediation, modern agriculture, PV-storage integration, integrated energy and incremental distribution network, health and medical care, cultural tourism, and China Resources Industrial Park. According to the planning, CR Power will build the zone into a rural revitalization and green development demonstration zone with a beautiful eco-environment, excellent mountain and water resources, complete production and living facilities, and integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries through 5-10 years of construction.
