On March 31, CR Power Central China Region’s Xinjiang Yihua Management Export Project came to a successful end after 13 months of development. Xinjiang Yihua Technical Service Project is CR Power’s first large-scale management export project, and the following projects will be operated by CR Smart Energy Co., Ltd.

On January 29, 2019, CR Power Central China Region signed a contract with Xinjiang Yihua Chemical Co., Ltd. According to the contract, CR Power Central China Region would provide management output to Xinjiang Yihua Thermal Power Branch Plant (2×330MW cogeneration). After the Xinjiang Yihua Project Headquarters of CR Power Central China Region settled down in the plant, it always kept in mind the three major objectives, namely, "comprehensively improving the safe and stable operation level of the units, creating a standardized production management system, and cultivating a batch of excellent skilled management talents". Based on the advanced management concept and management system of China Resources Power Thermal Power Plant, it fully combined with the characteristics of the self-owned power plant in Xinjiang Yihua Chemical Industry Park, and comprehensively promoted the organizational structure, system construction, safety management, production management, and talent cultivation, helping put the production and operation of Xinjiang Yihua Thermal Power Branch Plant on the right track. In 2019, the plant realized the production objectives of "zero accident", "zero unplanned shutdown" and "zero boiler explosion", and the coal consumption for power supply dropped by 42g/kWh.
