On March 23, Jia Suowen, Vice Chairman of Henan Luoyang City Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, and over 30 representatives from Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and Federation of Overseas Students went to China Resources Power Shouyangshan Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shouyangshan Project) to experience the charm of industrial tourism, accompanied by Cao Yang, General Manager of the project company.
In the multi-function hall, the delegation gained a brief understanding about the development of China Resources and Shouyangshan Project by watching promotional videos of CR Group, CR Power and Shouyangshan Project. In the digital exhibition hall, the representatives were deeply attracted by the achievements of Shouyangshan Project made in safe production, energy conservation and emission reduction, as well as green development. During the visit to the production site, the guide explained the efforts made by Shouyangshan Project in energy conservation, environmental protection, green development and social responsibility implementation together with the power generation process and the operation principle of environmental protection facilities, etc. The delegation spoke highly of the advanced management and green development concept of Shouyangshan Project, and indicated that the clean, tidy and orderly production area brought them a new understanding of thermal power plant.
As the contact station for overseas Chinese and returned overseas Chinese in Luoyang, Luoyang City Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese is responsible for setting up various service and entrepreneurship platforms, and is committed to providing guidance for returned overseas Chinese and overseas students in innovation and entrepreneurship. This visit aimed at understanding the green development of Shouyangshan Project and establishing a long-term effective communication mechanism to build a platform for talent introduction and innovative development.
This event is the first industrial tourism activity of Shouyangshan Project in 2019, which further enhanced the public’s understanding of thermal power plants and strengthened the relationship between the project company and the outside world.
