On December 27, Fuyao Group Intelligent Energy Platform and Jingwei Intelligent Energy Platform of Southeast China Region were put into operation online simultaneously.

Fuyao Group Intelligent Energy Platform is a group-level energy management and control platform for Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Fuyao Group), and is the first case of intelligent energy platform project being promoted from enterprise level to group level. It provides practical and feasible solutions to energy management and control as well as benchmarking management for the 4 float glass plants and 11 steam glass plants of Fuyao Group. Besides, the platform interacts profoundly with the original MES system for production management of Fuyao Group to quantify the energy consumption during the production of each piece of glass, help the enterprise conduct energy analysis from the source, and greatly improve the energy management and control efficiency of Fuyao Group.

Jingwei Intelligent Energy Platform is the first application of intelligent energy platform in the textile industry after the automotive glass industry. It is an energy efficiency management and control platform tailored for Fujian Jingwei New Fiber S&T Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jingwei Company). After completion, it will directly display the energy flow map of Jingwei’s comprehensive energy gradient utilization, which can realize the functions of energy efficiency benchmarking, demand warning and refined management, providing reliable means for the enterprise to save energy and reduce consumption.

Since Fuyao Intelligent Energy Platform went online in 2017, Ma Kai, Vice Premier of the State Council, Hang Dong, Vice Mayor of Fuzhou, Tian Hui, Director of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and some other government leaders have visited this project for investigation, and affirmed the innovation and functionality of the intelligent energy project. Leaders of China Resources Group, including Deputy General Manager Ma Lu, also led teams to visit and investigate, and made important instructions on the development direction of integrated energy and the huge promotion benefits of intelligent energy platform project.
