On September 5, Shi Baofeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, met with Liu Tao, Deputy Secretary of CPC Xuchang Municipal Committee and Mayor of Xuchang City in Shenzhen. The two sides held discussions on expanding multi-format cooperation and reached  broad consensus on the matter.

Chairman Shi extended a warm welcome to Mayor Liu Tao and his delegation, expressing gratitude to the Xuchang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for their long-term concern and support to CR Power. He provided an overview of CR Group and the Company’s "14th Five-Year Plan." Chairman Shi emphasized that CR Power would leverage the Group's diversified industrial strengths to deepen cooperation with Xuchang City, continue to promote multi-format and multi-industry cooperation, promote investment and construction of clean energy projects and comprehensive energy projects with high efficiency and high quality. This will support Xuchang’s industrial transformation and upgrading, facilitate the shift from dual control of energy consumption to dual control of carbon emissions, and contribute to Xuchang’s high-quality economic and social development.

Mayor Liu Tao expressed his appreciation to CR Power for its positive contribution to the economic and social development of Xuchang City, and introduced the basic situation of Xuchang City. He noted that Xuchang benefits from a strong foundation in terms of its location, power industry, natural resources, and cultural heritage. He hoped that, while deepening the existing cooperation in fields such as comprehensive energy, the two sides would explore more areas of alignment within the emerging dual carbon emissions control market. He encouraged further collaboration in clean energy, comnprehensive energy, and technological innovation, and urged continued efforts to cultivate these areas. The CPC Xuchang Municipal Committee and Xuchang Municipal Government will provide comprehensive service support to facilitate CR Power's investment in Xuchang, aiming to achieve more fruitful results from their partnership and jointly create a model of central-local cooperation.

The meetng was also attended by Zhao Shuhong, Deputy Mayor of Xuchang City, Dong Xinzhou, Professor of Tsinghua University and Director of Zhongyuan Electric Laboratory, Chen Weigang, Deputy Secretary-General of Xuchang Municipal Government, Zheng Lu, Director of Xuchang Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Li Yaqiang, Secretary of the CPC Yanling County Committee, Yang Min, Chief Financial Officer of CR Health, and heads of CR Power's Strategic Investment Department, Office, Science and Technology and Digitalization Department, Central and Western Region, and Henan New Energy company.
