On October 20th, after two weeks of uninterrupted commissioning, the chemical water treatment one-key water production equipment of Dengfeng Company's Chemical Water Treatment Project Phase II was checked on its sequential control, which turned out to be normal with all parameters stable, marking the company's autonomously completed "Chemical Water Treatment One-key Water Production System" was formally put into operation.
Starting in 2020, with the establishment of the large-scale centralized control operation mode and the streamlining of auxiliary control personnel, Dengfeng Company planned to carry out the intelligent transformation of chemical water treatment after investigation to achieve the function of one-key water production. Throughout the project's execution, China Resources Power's regional company broke through bottlenecks, innovated autonomously, and coordinated numerous departments to complete the chemical water treatment one-key water production project successfully.
The project was initiated in June 2021 and lasted more than 120 days. The project research team sorted out the second-phase chemical water production equipment, discussed and determined the transformation plan; It has rebuilt the underlying logic of water production, using equipment transformation to repair the program control of fine sand filter, ultrafiltration water production, reverse osmosis water production, auxiliary dosing, etc.; It independently designed the upper-level logic of "one-key water production" through organizing multi-party research, dividing the water treatment system into three subsystems. Guided by the project network plan, the company devoted itself to research, progressively completing the logical structure and screen design of the different water system subsystems; It has conducted extensive research into the monitoring personnel and equipment attributes required to achieve one-key water production and balance, effectively avoiding frequent on-offs of equipment during the entire water production cycle. The power generation department dug deep into the demand for "one-key water production," garnered water production operation experience and unified the standardized operation procedures, conducted trial and error process constantly, and successfully solidified excellent operation experience into one-key water production program control logic to realize "zero" intervention in the water production process, which significantly improves personnel efficiency and effectively avoids abnormal events such as pipeline overpressure and equipment damage when the equipment starts and stops in sequential control, achieving the one-key water production function of water treatment beyond expectations.
