On April 24, CR Power and Dongsheng District, Erdos City signed a cooperation agreement, planned to take advantage of the resource endowment, investment environment, industrial policy, bearing capacity and other favorable conditions of Dongsheng District, give full play to the advantages of CR Power in new energy scale, intelligent operation and other aspects, and build Dongsheng into a "gateway economy" and a gathering place of new energy industry in Inner Mongolia.

According to the agreement, CR Power will develop and construct new energy power supply projects supporting the extra-high voltage channel in Dongsheng District, including distributed, affordable (bidding) wind power generation projects and photovoltaic power generation projects, etc. The overall planning is for wind power generation projects of 500 megawatts and photovoltaic power generation projects of 1,000 megawatts.
