In the morning of February 21, 2021, Guangxi Special Survey Team for the Consolidation of Poverty Alleviation Results ("Survey Team") visited China Resources Power (Hezhou) Co., Ltd. ("Hezhou Project") for its survey on the "Hezhou-to-Guangdong Power Transmission" energy-related targeted poverty alleviation project.

The Survey Team recognized Hezhou Project's success in production and operation, innovation-driven development, and collaboration in poverty alleviation. The team also noted that Hezhou Project, as a pillar enterprise for local industries, by sending excess power produced in poor areas to developed areas through the "Hezhou-to-Guangdong Power Transmission" project, had forged closer cooperation between the Guangxi and Guangdong in poverty reduction, and provided strong support for Fuchuan Yao Autonomous County to get rid of poverty, setting a good example and showing its great sense of responsibility as a central SOE. The Survey Team expressed its hope that Hezhou Project would continue to make full use of its advantages to further contribute to consolidating the achievements of local poverty alleviation.
