On February 18, the Commencement Ceremony of 2019 Henan Zhengzhou First Batch of Key Projects was held at the site of CR Power’s Zhengzhou Airport Project. Ma Jian, member of the Standing Committee of Zhengzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, Zhang Junfeng, Director of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone Administrative Committee, and Xin Wenda, General Manager of CR Power’s Central-West China Region, were present at the ceremony. Nearly 300 people from the Party and Administration Office, Economic Development Bureau, Municipal Construction and Environmental Protection Bureau, Transport Administration Committee, and Construction Supervision Departments of various projects attended the ceremony.

At 9:36 in the morning, Ma Jian, member of the Standing Committee of Zhengzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, announced the commencement of the first batch of key projects in 2019. Director Zhang Junfeng of the Administrative Committee stressed that the entire Economy Zone should take the opportunity of this project commencement, seize the golden period of construction, maintain energetic and hardworking spirit, concentrate on the project, solve problems at the frontline, and fully grasp the land and funds guarantee to escort the smooth construction of the project.

General Manager Xin Wenda was invited to speak at the ceremony as the representative of project leaders. Mr. Xin said that CR Power, as the most efficient and profitable integrated energy enterprise in China, would devote to providing clean, intelligent and efficient energy solutions and continuously contribute CR’s strength to the rise of Central China.

Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone is the first national-level airport economic comprehensive zone in China. As the new economic development section of Zhengzhou and the leader of Central China Economic Zone, it is committed to building a modern aerotropolis with global connectivity, ecological livability and intelligent innovation. Participating in the energy infrastructure construction of Airport Economy Zone, CR Power will build an airport intelligent energy project with an installed capacity of 108 megawatts that integrates power supply, cooling, heating and industrial steam. Meanwhile, relying on the “Internet +” intelligent energy management platform, CR Power will provide users with personalized energy efficiency management service, and reduce operating costs for the enterprise, thus achieving all-win situation and jointly promoting social and economic development of the Airport Economy Zone.

The successful completion of the commencement ceremony marks the official transformation of Zhengzhou Airport Project from development to construction.
